The additional module, ‘fee expansions’
The module contains a number of expansions which make it easier for you to customize fee agreements to your business needs while simplifying administration and management of the agreements.
Use Market value beginning of period in calculation basis
Market value, beginning of period is a new step model that you can use for calculation of distribution and calculation basis.
No fee payment, if the yield does not cover the fee
For all settlement models - with the exception of yield dependant fee, you can state individually for each agreement, if calculation of the fee must take net yield into consideration. If so, the fee will only be charged for the yield if the agreement during the fee period covers the calculated fee amount.
Yield dependant fee, now without setoff
It is now possible to calculate the yield dependant fee without setoff for earlier losses. At the same time, you state for each fee agreement if calculation is to be with or without setoff.
Expansion of PORTMAN with this feature requires access to the module,
’yield dependant fee’.
Determination of standard values when creating new fee agreements
It is now possible to state a number of standard values when you create new fee agreements (via templates for fee agreements). Select a template to be standard template. This is done in PORTMAN’s configuration file. User rights in connection with changes and deletion are inherited from the usual rights associated with fee templates.
The expansion requires access to ”fee template”.
Monitoring of fee jobs
We have developed a new monitoring window for the module. In the window you can see fee jobs in progress as well as their current status. This means that you become aware of possible errors during the fee job.
Discount percentage
The discount percentage will be deducted from the calculated fee amount
The discount is calculated on the fee amount, which exceeds any minimum fee
