Change in fee rates
Do you want to implement one or more systems for introductory discount, or do you want the possibility of changing rates at any given time, without a lot of administration? It is now possible with the new PORTMAN module!
Introductory discount for new clients
When creating fee agreements where the fee is calculated according to the step model, it is now possible to state an introductory period with reduced fee rates. The introductory period must be stated for each agreement as the number of days that will be counted from the start date of the agreement. Payment time is not changed because the system ensures that the discount is automatically included in the next bill.
Change in fee rates during a fee period without settlement in the middle of the period
We have introduced the option of changing fee rates at any given time, when the fee is calculated based on a step model. Payment time is not changed because the system ensures that the rate is automatically included in the next bill. Change in fee rates can also be combined with a possible introductory discount.
